VENDOR INFORMATION
We are very grateful to all the businesses and organizations that have enhanced RiverFest with their booths.


ACTIVITY BOOTHS
We are seeking organizations and businesses to provide FREE hands-on activities for kids and adults of all ages. We are especially interested in having activities that help our community learn about the environment within the Portneuf Valley, but other activities are welcomed as well. There is no charge for these booths—we thank you for volunteering your time to help us improve RiverFest.

Past year's activities included:
face painting ~ bouncing castle ~ microscopes to look at Portneuf River bugs up close ~ planting with compost ~ create your own windmill ~ learn how to tie a fly ~ ride a bike on the Greenway ~ tug of war ~ native plant planting
Activity booth applications are now available and are due by July 30th.

Fee: Free (If you wish to display product of any kind, you will need to pay the sponsorship fee as well as provide  a free kids activity.)

FOOD BOOTHS

Food booth applications are now available.  Applications, fee, and proof of insurance due by July 15th.  There are a limited number of spaces.  Electricity is not available this year.  If you need electric power, you may use a generator.  Only quiet generators will be allowed.  If your generator is too loud, you may be asked to leave the event.

• PGF will pay the City of Pocatello for your concession permit, as required on the attached City of Pocatello Concession Permit Application and Conditions. City of Pocatello Booth Permit

• You are responsible for contacting the Bannock County Southeastern District Health Department
for their requirements for a temporary food booth. (208) 233-9080. If necessary, you must complete their application and pay their fee before the event – otherwise they will not permit you to operate at RiverFest. We will supply them with a list of our anticipated food vendors by early June. Southeastern Idaho Health District Information




COMMERCIAL BOOTHS

Businesses interested in promoting their business at RiverFest are welcome to the event.  You will be allowed to sell from your booth this year.
