SACAJAWEA REACH
Heading north from Raymond Park to Kraft Road, this stretch of Greenway meanders
along the river through Sacajawea Park, and under an immense and beautiful canopy
of cottonwoods and other trees. The southernmost portion of this reach closely follows
Riverside Drive until meeting up with Sacajawea Park, which trails include two loops
through an open area fi lled with tall grass. Heading north from Sacajawea Park, the
Millward Mile portion of the trail follows the river and then North Main Street along a
white picket fence, across Kraft Road and a green bridge.

Raymond Park: Streetside parking
Sacajawea Park: From Old Town Pocatello, head north on North Main Street to Kraft
Road Turn left and make another immediate left onto Gathe Drive. Turn right (east)
onto Aspen Drive to Sacajawea Park.
Kraft Road Trailhead: From Old Town Pocatello, head north on North Main Street. Just
past Kraft Road, turn left into a dirt parking lot, immediately after crossing the Portneuf
River (identified by the green pedestrian bridge on your left).
